New Houdini Conductor Submitters Reference¶
Beta
This feature is currently in BETA. We're interested in hearing your feedback and what improvements we can make. Please direct all feedback to support
This initial rollout includes three specialized submitter nodes—Solaris, Husk, and ROP—each tailored to a specific job and workflow. With a one-to-one mapping between Conductor jobs and submitter nodes, you’ll enjoy clearer options, less complexity, and a more streamlined submission process. Click on the following links to view each submitter’s full reference page:
Solaris Submitter¶
- The Solaris Submitter hooks into your USD stage and automatically pulls in key render settings—like image output paths and your chosen renderer. It even handles multiple render outputs in a single pass, no extra configuration needed.
ROP Submitter¶
- The ROP node handles classic ROP workflows, automatically pulling the image output path from the connected ROP.
Husk Submitter¶
- The Husk Submitter dispatches USD files directly to your render farm using the husk command.
